Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Bestellung bestätigt wird.

Preise & Zahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, zuzüglich anfallender Versandkosten.
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsarten (derzeit Stripe).

Lieferung
Die Produkte werden nach Bestelleingang individuell produziert.
Die Lieferzeit setzt sich aus Produktions- und Versanddauer zusammen.

Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.

Es gilt die gesetzliche Haftung. Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit wird keine Haftung übernommen, sofern keine wesentlichen Vertragspflichten betroffen sind.

Gerichtsstand ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – der Sitz des Verkäufers.

Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Novy Circus online shop.
Conclusion of Contract
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A purchase contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.
Prices & Payment
All prices include statutory VAT plus applicable shipping costs.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (currently Stripe).
Delivery
Products are individually produced after the order is received.
Delivery time includes production and shipping duration.
Retention of Title
Products remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
Liability
Statutory liability applies. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected.
Final Provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction – to the extent legally permissible – is the seller’s registered office.
